I have taught with and about video/audio learning object creation software including Panopto, CamtasiaJing, Quicktime, Audacity, Flash, Wink, Snagit, and Captivate. Panopto and Camtasia are the main tools I use for screen capture and editing video. Audacity is the main tool I use for audio recording and editing.
I create and manage Web sites using Adobe Dreamweaver, and teach others how to use Dreamweaver.
